Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping cost to and from. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business upon our receipt of the returned item(s), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Opened items and items that are older than 7 days from delivery date being returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items missing any accessories or any included parts will incur extra charge for the missing accessories/parts; the cost will vary depending on the missing accessories. Any items found to be physically damaged, tampered and/or used will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back at the owners expense.

If you need to return an item, simply fill out our RMA Form then email it your sales representative along with the required information and copy(ies) of the original invoice or give us a call for instructions on how to process your return and for the status of your refund. We'll notify you via e-mail or phone call of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We will gladly ship to any US address including Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship orders the fastest most economic way possible to help you get your order quickly for less money.

We use UPS and USPS for most small orders and we use a variety of Logistics Companies for large orders. We can also ship with your preferred carrier just let us know.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We also use flat rate priority boxes from USPS to get the best price possible. For safety of the delivery we will add signature and insurance to all orders unless instructed otherwise by the buyer. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
